Exchanges
Items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

How to request an exchange
Send us a DM on Instagram at @errandsandease within 3 days of delivery with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. We’ll reply with the next steps.

Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging.
• Exchanges are for a different design or size of equal value, subject to availability.
• Requests made after 3 days from delivery can’t be accepted.

Handmade pieces
Each piece is handmade in small batches, so slight differences in size, stitching or pattern placement are part of their charm and aren’t considered defects.
